10, 15, 20, or 30 year policies available. Issued ages 18-75, depending on selected term. Accelerated underwriting up to $1 million for ages 18-50.
Accidental Death
Guaranteed renewable to age 80; or term periods of 5, 7, 10, 20, or 30 years. Issue ages 18-70 depending on selected coverage period. Benefits $5,000-$350,000.
Critical Illness
Issued ages 18-70 from the age of the last birthday. Benefits amounts from $5,000-$75,000. Includes cancer, stroke, advanced Alzheimer's, organ transplant, and kidney failure.
Accident Insurance
Primary insured person and spouse ages 18-70. Children from 15 days old through 17 years; as a primary insured person or a dependent. Options for 24/hr off the job.
